We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Garage Door Installer to join our team in the Leoma, Tennessee area. In this full-time position, you will install new garage doors and openers and repair existing openers for both commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation and repair of garage doors and openers at commercial and residential sites.
Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner, to a high standard, and are fully functional.
Supervise and manage installation processes to ensure uniformity, quality, and professionalism.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure proper disposal of debris.
Lead and mentor the installation team, ensuring high service levels and efficiency.

Requirements:

Prior garage door installation and repair experience is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and projects effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to complete installations and repairs to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
A company truck will be provided for work-related tasks.
